I find the deterioration of picture-perfect suburbs interesting and even exciting in a way. Yes, it’s sad that dreams are foreclosed and shattered, but it’s hard to not wonder who these people were that left a dead zone in the middle of a busy city. This weekend I am starting my own weekend hashtag project on instagram called #wheresuburbiaends where I capture on my phone, the empty shells left behind in a busy world. Feel free to utilize the same hashtag and capture your own urban ghost towns if you want - as if anyone is actually reading this.
